Effective September 26, 2007, the State Workforce Agency (SWA) address for submitting H-2B Foreign Labor Certification applications in New York State will be:

Applications filed before September 26, 2007 will be processed in our New York City office.  Any applications mailed to the New York City address on or after September 26, 2007 will be forwarded to the Albany location, which could delay processing of the applications.
