Trades Pending Approval

We post the names of all new trade applications for a minimum of 30 calendar days. This is to solicit public comments. The Apprenticeship Training Program Director reviews comments and takes appropriate action.

There are two ways to submit comments:

1. E-mail ATCO@labor.ny.gov. Make the subject line "Comments on New Trade."
2. Mail comments to:
