MADISON COUNTY: Only the Township of Georgetown.
OTSEGO COUNTY: Only the Townships of Burlington,  Butternuts, Decatur,
Edmeston, Hartwick, Laurens, Maryland, Milford, Morris, New Lisbon, Oneonta,
Otego, Pittsfield, Unadilla, Westford and Worchester.
TIOGA COUNTY: Only the Townships of Newark Valley and Owego.
BROOME COUNTY:    Entire County
