Painter
GEOGRAPHIC TERRITORIES:
CATTARAUGUS COUNTY: Only the Townships of Ashford, Dayton, East Otto, Otto,
Machias, Perrysburg, Persia and Yorkshire.
CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY: Only the Townships of Awkwright, Dunkirk, Hanover,
Pomfret, Portland, Sheridan and Villenova.
ERIE COUNTY: Entire county except that portion of the Township of Grand
Island that lies north of Whitehaven Road.
NIAGARA COUNTY: Only the Townships of Hartland, Lockport, Newfane, Pendleton,
Royalton, Somerset, that portion of Cambria and Wilson Townships which lies
east of a line running down the center of Route 425, and the Cities of
Lockport and North Tonawanda.
GENESEE COUNTY: Entire County
ORLEANS COUNTY: Entire County
WYOMING COUNTY: Entire County

**For Bridge Painting Contracts, ALL WORKERS on and off the bridge
(including Flagmen) are to be paid Painter's Rate; the contract must
be ONLY for Bridge Painting.
* Skeleton Steel: No floors, walls or ceilings are constructed, including
radio and television towers, flagpoles, water towers, smokestacks, cranes and
the abatement of coatings with lead, asbestos and/or arsenic, etc.. Work on
storage tanks of any kind.
OVERTIME PAY: exterior work only See ( B, E4*, F, R ) on OVERTIME PAGE.
OVERTIME PAY: all other work See ( B, F, R ) on OVERTIME PAGE.
* Note - Saturday is payable at straight time if the employee misses work,
except where a doctor's or hospital verification of illness is produced
Monday through Friday when work was available to the employee.
