GEOGRAPHIC TERRITORIES:
OTSEGO COUNTY: Entire county EXCEPT Townships of Butternuts, Laurens,
Maryland, and Milford.
LEWIS COUNTY: Only the Township of Grieg, Lewis, Leyden, Lowville,
Lyonsdale, Martinsburg, Turin, West Turin and Watson.
CHENANGO COUNTY: Entire county except the Townships of Afton, Bainbridge,
Coventry, Greene, Guilford, Oxford and Smithville.
MADISON COUNTY: Only the Townships of Brookfield, Eaton, Hamilton, Lebanon,
Lincoln, Madison, Smithfield, Stockbridge and the City
of Oneida
HAMILTON COUNTY: Entire County
HERKIMER COUNTY: Entire County
ONEIDA COUNTY: Entire County.
WAGE INFORMATION:
GROUP #1: Warehousemen, Yardmen, Truck Helpers, Pickups, Panel Trucks, Flatboy
Material Trucks(straight jobs), Single Axle Dump Trucks, Dumpsters, Material
Checkers and Receivers, Greasers, Truck Tiremen, Mechanics Helpers and Parts
Chasers. Tandems and Batch Trucks, Mechanics, Dispatcher, Semi-Trailers,
Low-boy Trucks, Asphalt Distributor Trucks, and Agitator, Mixer Trucks and
dumpcrete type vehicles, Truck Mechanic, Fuel Trucks.
GROUP #2: Specialized Earth Moving Equipment, Euclid type, or similar
off-highway,where not self-loading, Straddle (Ross) Carrier, and self-
contained concrete mobile truck Off-highway Tandem Back-Dump, Twin Engine
Equipment and Double-Hitched Equipment where not self-loading.

There shall be a 12 month carryover of the negotiated rate in effect at the
time of the bid. An additional $1.50 per hour on governmental designated
waste site and regulations require employees use or wear personal protection.
