Above rates applicable on ALL Lighting and Traffic Signal Systems with the
installation, testing, operation, maintenance and repair of all traffic
control and illumination projects, traffic monitoring systems, road
weather information systems and the installation of Fiber Optic Cable.
OVERTIME PAY: See ( B, E, Q, ) on OVERTIME PAGE. NOTE* Double time
for all emergency work designated by the Dept. of
Jurisdiction.
NOTE: THE FOLLOWING RATES WILL APPLY ON ALL CONTRACTING AGENCY MANDATED
SHIFTS OF AT LEAST FIVE ( 5 ) DAYS DURATION WORKED BETWEEN THE HOURS
LISTED BELOW:
1ST SHIFT.....8:00 AM TO 4:30 PM REGULAR RATE
2ND SHIFT.....4:30 PM TO 1:00 AM REGULAR RATE PLUS 17.3%
3RD SHIFT.....12:30 AM TO 9:00 AM REGULAR RATE PLUS 31.4%

The following APPRENTICE Rates and the following SUPPLEMENTAL BENEFITS
