ORANGE COUNTY:      Only Orange County side of the Bear Mountain Bridge
*Including the Tappen Zee and Bear Mountain Bridges.

**For Bridge Painting Contracts, ALL WORKERS on and off the bridge
  (including Flagmen) are to be paid Painter's Rate; the contract must
  be ONLY for Bridge Painting.
