The New York State Department of Labor is charged with the
administration and enforcement of the New York Labor Law and the
regulations adopted thereunder. As a service to the public, this
website will, from time to time, publish information regarding laws and
regulations that may be of interest. This is not intended to be an
exhaustive list of all of the recent changes in the Labor Law or in the
regulations proposed or adopted thereunder.
