The New York State Department of Labor is thrilled to be hosting the 73rd NASWA Annual Conference from September 22-25, 2009 in Niagara Falls, NY at the Crowne Plaza Niagara Falls hotel and The Conference Center Niagara Falls.

Fees for Conference Attendees are as follows:

	Between June 22 and August 14	$425
	Between August 15 and September 4	$475
	Between September 5 and September 25	$525
	Guest Registration Fee (includes evening functions only)	$100

Register today! All major credit cards are accepted -- Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express (NASWA's Federal Tax ID# is 52-0978073). Checks and Purchase Orders should be made payable to: 2009 NASWA Annual Conference (New York’s Federal Tax ID# is 14-6013200). If not paying on-line with a credit card, please mail your payment, along with a copy of the on-line registration, to:

Refund & Billing Policy
Registration fees, minus a $50 handling fee, will be refunded if a written notice of cancellation is received by September 4, 2009.  No refunds will be made for cancellations after this date. All refunds will be paid by check approximately 45 days after the conference.
