New York, NY (January 16, 2009) - PURSUANT to the Open Meetings Law, the New York State Department of Labor hereby gives notice of the following:

Please take notice that the second meeting of the Child Performer Advisory Board, which was established pursuant to Chapter 675 of the Laws of 2007, will be held on January 28, 2009 commencing at 9:30 a.m. The meeting will be held at the New York State Department of Labor,75 Varick St., 7th floor, Commissioner’s Conference Room, New York , NY 10013.

An audio-visual recording of the meeting will be available on the Department of Labor’s web site at www.labor.state.ny.us within five days after the meeting.
