Albany, NY (July 08, 2009) - Pursuant to labor Law Section 29, the New York State Department of Labor hereby gives public notice that there will be a public hearing on the addition to 12 NYCRR Part 60 dealing with the Workplace Safety and Loss Prevention Program to provide incentives related to Workers’ Compensation premiums to employers who institute a safety procedure program, drug and alcohol prevention program and return to work program. The meeting will be held Monday, July 13, 2009 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the State Office Campus, Bldg. 12, Room 544, Albany, NY.
