Albany, NY (October 16, 2009) - Pursuant to Executive Order 25 issued by Governor Paterson on August 6, 2009, the Department of Labor invites any interested parties to comment on whether regulations of the Department of Labor set forth in Title 12 of the New York Codes Rules and Regulations are unnecessary, unbalanced, unwise, duplicative, or unduly burdensome.

Comments should identify the author and the organization on whose behalf the comments are being submitted, if any, and describe the rule(s) that is the subject of the comment and why such rule(s) is arguably unnecessary, unbalanced, unwise, duplicative, or unduly burdensome. The comment period shall extend sixty (60) days beyond the date of publication of this notice.
