This concludes more than five months of research, public hearings, oral and written testimony, and deliberations. A copy of the report and recommendations may be obtained from:

The report and recommendations are advisory only. The Commissioner may, by order, accept or reject the Board’s report and recommendations, and may, if she deems it appropriate, modify the regulations recommended by the Board.

Section 656 of the NYS Labor Law gives members of the public 15 days after the publication of this notice to file any objections to the report and recommendations with the Commissioner. Such objections may be filed at the address above.
