Descriptors are available for over 700 occupations in each of 10 regions and statewide. They will help individuals make informed education and career decisions and assist educators and training providers in planning for future needs. These data represent a streamlined version of the occupational projections described below.

These 10-year forecasts, which are updated every other year, are intended to help individuals make informed education and career decisions and assist educators and training providers in planning for future needs. The projections currently cover the 2008-2018 period.

Short-term occupational projections are used for career counseling, economic development and other state or regional planning. Data are currently available for over 700 occupations at the statewide and regional levels, and cover the 2010-2012 period.
Long-term industry employment projections represent a valuable data source for those interested in future employment trends. Data are currently available at the statewide and regional levels for approximately 90 detailed industries (at the 3-digit NAICS industry level), and cover the 2008-2018 period.

Short-term industry employment projections represent near term estimates of industry employment. Data are currently available at the statewide level for approximately 90 detailed industries (at the 3-digit NAICS industry level), and cover the 2010-2012 period.
This is a real-time list of occupations in demand now. The regional lists show occupations in which hiring is occurring now. Occupations on the statewide list represent those job titles which appear on at least one regional list. These lists, which are subject to update at any time, do not satisfy training eligibility requirements under Title I of the Workforce Investment Act.
