FROM THE WEST:

1. Southern State Parkway to Sagtikos Parkway (Sunken Meadow) North.  Continue on Sagtikos Parkway to the Northern State Parkway East.  The end of Northern State Parkway becomes Veterans Memorial Highway (454).  Stay in right lane and go to the sixth traffic light (signs will direct you to Perry B. Duryea State Office Building;  Motor Vehicle Department is also in the building).  

or

2.  Long Island Expressway (495) to Exit 56 (will say Rte 111, Smithtown, Government Buildings).  Exit  and stay to left.  You will turn left onto  Rte 111.  Go under the  LI Expressway (495).  Go to the first major traffic light (Rabro Drive).  Make turn left onto Rabro Drive.  Turn right at second traffic light (Simeon Woods Road).  Proceed on Simeon Woods Road approximately one mile. Perry B. Duryea State Office Building will be on right side.

FROM THE EAST:

1.  Take the Long Island Expressway (495) west to Exit 57, Veterans Memorial Highway (454).  Turn right at the first light on the service road onto Veterans Memorial Highway (454).  Stay in the left lane.   After merge with 347, turn left at first light into Perry B. Duryea State Office Building parking lot. (Sixth light after making right onto 454.  Motor Vehicle Department is also located in this building. There is a golf course on right).

or

2.  Sunrise Highway to Veterans Memorial Highway (454)  Proceed west approximately 12 miles. Go under bridge for LI Expressway (495). Stay in the left lane. At first light after merge with 347, turn left into parking lot for Perry B. Duryea State Office Building.  (Motor Vehicle Department is also located in this building). 

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION

The Perry B. Duryea State Office Building is a transfer site for many Suffolk County bus lines, including buses from the Patchogue Long Island Railroad Station and various local malls.
