By Automobile:

From I-95 or The Hutchinson River Parkway take Route 287 West to exit 8, White Plains/Westchester Mall Pl.   At the end of the exit ramp, you will be on Route 119 (Westchester Avenue).  After the first light take the left fork and stay in the center lane.  Stay on Route 119 (Westchester Avenue) for 2 more lights. At the 2nd light turn left on to Bloomingdale Road.  At the 4th traffic light turn right into the parking lot.  The Department of Labor has its own entrance at the back of the building.

From Saw Mill River Parkway or from The Sprain Brook Parkway, take Route 287 East to exit 8W (Westchester Mall/Bloomingdale Road). At the end of the exit ramp there is a traffic light. At the light, turn left on to Bloomingdale Road.  Go to the 3rd traffic light and turn right into the parking lot.  The Department of Labor has its own entrance at the back of the building.

From the New York State Thruway (I-87), take Tappan Zee Bridge to Exit 8 onto Cross Westchester Expressway (I-287) east to Exit 8W (Westchester Mall/Bloomingdale Road).  At the end of the exit ramp there is a traffic light. At the light, turn left on to Bloomingdale Road.  Go to the 3rd traffic light and turn right into the parking lot.  The Department of Labor has its own entrance at the back of the building.

By Train: Take Metro North Railroad (Harlem Division) to White Plains Station. You can take Bus number 20, a taxi, or walk to 120 Bloomingdale Rd., which is about 1.5 miles from the train station. For Metro-North Schedules visit their website or call 1-800-METRO-INFO.
