2005 Minimum Wage Board Report
NOTICE OF FILING
Pursuant to Section 656 of Article 19 of the New York State Labor Law, the Commissioner of Labor has, on September 7, 2006, filed with the Secretary of the Department of Labor, the Report and Recommendation of the Minimum Wage Board, made November 14, 2005.
Any objections to such Report and Recommendation must be filed with the Commissioner on or before September 27, 2006. Such objections must be in writing and filed with the Commissioner by mailing to the following address: Linda Angello, Commissioner of Labor, State Office Campus, Building 12, Room 500, Albany, New York 12240.

NOTICE OF ORDER
Pursuant to Section 656 of Article 19 of the New York State Labor Law, the Commissioner of Labor has, on October 23, 2006, issued an Order accepting the Report and Recommendation of the Minimum Wage Board for the Restaurant and Hotel Industries, made November 14, 2005.

The Commissioner's Order shall become effective thirty (30) days after publication of this Notice.
