The New 2007 - 2008 Prevailing Wage Schedule is posted
As of July 1, 2007, all posted job classifications have been updated with the prevailing wage rates which are effective 7/1/2007 through 6/30/2008. ( Prevailing Wage Schedules/Updates )Remember, Contracting Agencies (or their representative) must submit a "Request for Wage and Supplement Information" (PW39) in order to have an official prevailing rate case number (PRC#) assigned to each public work project.
Online Schedule Request Now Available!
The Department of Jurisdiction (Contracting Agency) and their representative can now request a Prevailing Wage Rate Schedule online. The "Request for Wage and Supplement Information" (PW 39) can be completed and submitted electronically. Once received and approved, you will receive an email containing a link to your Original Wage Schedule with assigned Prevailing Rate Case number (PRC#). From this link you will have access to:
- PDF files of your complete wage schedule package.
- Online "Notice of Award" (PW16) form.
- Online "Notice of Completion/Cancellation of Contract"(PW200) form.
Along with the electronic version of your wage schedule, you can still choose to receive a printed copy as well.
Whether you submit your "Request for Wage and Supplement Information" (PW 39) by mail (open in a new window) or fax (open in a new window) or online, providing complete and accurate information on the "Request for Wage and Supplement Information" (PW 39) form will help get your schedule package to you as quickly as possible.
Have your PRC number from a past request? Now you can access the current PDF version of your specific Prevailing Wage Rate Schedule online. Click on this link, Search for your Original Wage Schedule, and enter your PRC#.

Have your PRC number ? Now you can access the current PDF version of your specific Prevailing Wage Rate Schedule online. Click on this link, Search for your Original Wage Schedule, and enter your PRC#. Click Submit and view the information you supplied on your "Request for Wage and Suppplement Information" (PW 39) application. From here you can access the most up-to-date PDF version of your Prevailing Wage Rate Schedule, Submit a "Notice of Contract Award" (PW 16), or Submit a "Notice of Completion/Cancellation of Contract" (PW 200).
Past Wage Schedules Available
To obtain a CD copy of the Prevailing Wage Rates for 2001-2002, 2002-2003, 2003-2004, 2004-2005, 2005-2006, or 2006-2007 please e-mail your name, address and phone number, along with "Request for CD of Public Work's Past Prevailing Wage Schedule: 2001-2002, 2002-2003, 2003-2004, 2004-2005, 2005-2006, or 2006-2007 " in the subject line, to PWAsk@labor.state.ny.us.
