Welcome to the Department of Labor’s Safety and Health website. The Division of Safety and Health (DOSH) is one of three Divisions within the Worker Protection Bureau, where protecting New York ’s workforce is the number one priority. Ten separate Programs and a Licensing and Certification Unit comprise the DOSH umbrella of protection, providing safety and health information and assistance to employers and employees.
